As gluten-free cakes go - this was great!

I ordered this cake for my parents 45 Wedding Anniversary. As my mother has recently been diagnosed with gluten-intolerance, the ability to order a professional cake that was also gluten-free was awesome...

The sponge itself was great, although the jam could have a been a little more generous... But it was all eaten, and if I hadn't told them, they never would have known,.. That's the key....
